01Tierra
Dark stone and slowly turning plates.
Elegant and warm, set on the volcanic black of the stone the dishes are served on. Plates turn slowly, as if they were being set in front of you.

02Gráfica
Mexican print: paper, black ink and red.
Bold and full of character, inspired by Mexican print graphics. Huge type, strong grids and the Raíz logo as the hero.

03Color
Color walls and light, from Mexican modernism.
Planes of Mexican pink, ochre and lilac, with shadows that move like sunlight on a wall. Architectural, joyful and deeply Mexican.

04Blanco
Quiet, white, and photography first.
Minimal and editorial, like a design magazine. Plenty of white space so every dish is seen for what it is.

Cinematic and candlelit.
An evening at Raíz: deep green like the dining room, candlelight and full-screen photography. Immersive and sophisticated.
