Bib Gourmand, MICHELIN Guide 2026

MICHELIN Guide inspectors awarded Raíz a Bib Gourmand, the distinction for restaurants serving high-quality cooking at a fair price. They singled out the plantain molote, the squid-ink aguachile, the shrimp tostada and the crisp-skinned pescado zarandeado.
